WebEmi’s program consists of 21 days of workouts. Every day, you do two or three workout videos. For example, on day one you do her 15 min Inner + Outer Thigh & Calves video and the 10 min Stretch to Slim Calves video. Each workout is anywhere from 15 to 50 minutes, depending on the day. For me, this is a good amount of time. WebI mostly agree with your assessment, except I didn’t change visually. I did the Chloe Ting 2 week shred too and I followed it closely alongside my CICO practice. I didn’t notice any physical difference externally in two weeks, however I did notice increased strength and stamina from the first day to the last!
