WebAug 15, 2008 · When I say it won't change the channels, I mean that when I try to change the channels with the TiVo remote, the TiVo bar at the top of the screen changes channels but the actual channel itself doesn't change. I'm not talking about the TV channels, because the TV just stays on channel 3. (Hope that makes sense.)
