Turn the center shaft untill the indicator shows N with key on. Look at the mlps, the should be one raised ridge on the part that does not turn and one on the center that turns. These should line up. Limp in this trans is normal shifting times but hard shifting. WebJan 12, 2007 · The E4OD's are programmed to shift soft. Generally if you have a sensor problem, it will cause the trans to shift high and hard. The exception is if the FIPL sensor is adjusted too low.
