Wouldn’t it be better if in cases where the shift offset is bigger than the tree depth just have the output as a flattened list? 926×528 61.4 KB 2 Likes WebAug 28, 2012 · One is to do as Danny suggests and discard the extra data from the first set of paths, put them together in whatever component you're doing the matching on, and then coerce the results back into the tree structure of the original first path using a path-replacement strategy.
