During lockdown, Grayson Perry, one of Britain’s foremost artists, brought the nation together through art, helping them to unleash their creativity as part of his Channel 4 TV series. Every week he hosted the show from his own studio - taking the country with him as he created his own new art works. WebAmong Perry’s major UK exhibitions in 2024 were The Pre-Therapy Years, and he was also awarded the prestigious Erasmus Prize, the Dutch version of the Nobel Prize. During April’s national lockdown, Perry hosted the popular Art Club TV programme and then in autumn released the series Grayson Perry’s Big American Road Trip .
