(they don't do work over the weekend, so I can only assume they had it all unbuttoned and didn't want to put it back together). They did offer a loaner if I needed one - Kia Soul.

It's hard to tell if a relay is bad because they're not see through like fuses. there should be another relay like it somewhere in the fuse box so you can switch it out to see if putting in the new relay works.
