I just want to play the game again with no cheats this time. WebbA HWID ban is the most effective ban as it completely locks out the person's hardware. The only way to bypass that is to play on another computer and buy another copy of the game (anti-cheats that use HWID bans auto-detect the new PC that is being used and also automatically bans the new HWID).
