Soul Siphon Death blows to creatures, but not people, trap 5% of the victim's soul, recharging the weapon WebbGet a filled soul gem, go to the weapon, and you should see the option to recharge it. Then you just select the gem you want to use, and the weapon will charge. Figured it out. Have a filled soul gem in your inventory, then go to that weapon in your inventory and press "RB". You use soul gems to recharge them.

Now, followers can make it way easier to fill soul gems (unless this has been patched) by filling an entire stack when they capture a soul, but they won't recharge depleted weapons.
